Four ways to fix a broken legal system

Just occasionally we hear of some new ideas and new thoughts on justice issues in other jurisdictions. This short video from the USA makes very interesting viewing. It lasts about 18 minutes and translates well to the UK situation and says a great deal about  how the caring , teaching and medical professions are being crippled by distorted views of justice.
