A MAN is considering taking legal action after being falsely accused of child sex offences.Paul Mark Bailey’s legal team has hinted he might pursue a claim against Cheshire Constabulary.Chester Crown Court heard Bailey was wrongly accused of the offences by a girl ‘with a grudge’ against him.He was remanded in custody for two months before the truth emerged.He was cleared on Monday when Judge Roger Dutton said ‘not guilty’ verdicts would be entered against him.
