Conservatives are calling for the Sexual Offences Bill to be amended so suspected child abusers and sex attackers are not named until they are charged.The Government has repeatedly stated its opposition to the move, and insists it will rely on tightening existing measures instead.Police are also against making special arrangements for suspected sex attackers.
