South Wales Chief Constable apologises to 3 wrongly convicted men

The Chief Constable of South Wales Police today formally apologised to the three men who were wrongly convicted for the murder of Cardiff prostitute Lynette White 15 years ago.Sir Anthony Burden has written personal letters to all five men charged with the brutal murder following the original investigation in 1988.He has expressed his regret for the outcome of the investigation and for the time the three men spent in prison before their convictions were overturned…
